Ingredients
4 tablespoons sumac
4 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
2 tablespoons dried oregano or dried marjoram
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground Aleppo or ancho or Urfa chili
Directions
Serves: Makes about 1 cup
Combine all in an airtight container and store in a cool place.
