Ingredients
1 red chili pepper, such as a Fresno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 green hot chili pepper, such as a Serrano or jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
3-4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped (2 cups)
2 limes
Salt, to taste
A generous handful of cilantro, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
A small handful of mint, very finely chopped (a couple of tablespoons)
Directions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients, using the zest of one lime and the juice of both limes; adjust the salt, to taste.
