Ingredients
1 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat until smooth Add egg, vanilla and rum extracts and blend together.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Add wet ingredients to dry, a little at a time and stir but don't over mix.
Add chips.
Roll dough into small balls and place a few inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies will not look done but they will be. Allow to cool one minutes on the tray and then slide onto cooking racks and let cookies cool completely before serving.
