Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
2 3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the vanilla and egg. Gradually add the flour and salt. Make small wreaths with the star-shaped extruder of a cookie press (or a cookie bag witha star-shaped tip).
Bake for 8-10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
