2 baguettes or batards or other 2-3-inch wide crusty long-loaves, cut into slices
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F orturn on the broiler.
Arrange the bread slices on cooling racks set over baking sheets. Either char the bread slices under the broiler for a smoky toast or bake until lightly golden for a crispy, drier toast.
